My experience at NOVA Pediatrics was a 3/5. Although Dr. Cohen and her nurse were very friendly and knowledgeable, I was a little disappointed with the wait time.

Everyone in the office was so kind, so friendly and so gentle with our little one getting her ears pierced! They kept her calm and we’re so sweet with her. Everything went so smoothly and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for her!
