Meet Dr. Schwartz
Gina Schwartz, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician with the experienced team at NOVA Pediatrics and Young Adult Medicine. She sees patients at the practice’s locations in Woodbridge and Springfield, Virginia. A practicing pediatrician for over 16 years, Dr. Schwartz specializes in comprehensive pediatric care and adolescent medicine and enjoys watching her young patients thrive as they mature into adulthood.
Dr. Schwartz earned her bachelor’s degree in molecular biology and biochemistry at Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. She then pursued her medical degree at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Afterward, she went on to complete her pediatric residency at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, New Jersey, which, coincidentally, is the same hospital in which she was born.
She is affiliated with Inova Alexandria Hospital and Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia.
Dr. Schwartz is a mother of three and most enjoys traveling with her family. In her spare time, she also loves to cook, read, and crochet.
